Salmon, tuna, sardines, and lake trout are all great sources of omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins that some studies have indicated may improve brain function while reducing fatigue. Studies also suggest that diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids may help to reduce inflammation that can also cause fatigue.

Fresh fruit, like bananas, apples, and oranges, are packed with health-promoting nutrients.
